  • AI Features: Generate outfit recommendations using AI models (only when you use AI features)

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Local Storage

By default, all your wardrobe data is stored locally on your device. This includes:

  • Garment photos and metadata
  • NFC tag assignments

  • Usage history

3.2 Cloud Services and AI Training

When you use AI-powered features, we transmit and store necessary data on our secure servers:

  • AI Training: Garment images and associated metadata are stored and used to improve our AI models and outfit recommendation algorithms
  • Data Security: All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS and securely stored on our servers
  • Model Improvement: Your data helps train our AI to provide better styling suggestions for all users
  • Anonymization: While stored, personal identifiers are separated from garment data used for model training
  • Background Removal: Processed locally on your device, but processed images may be stored for quality improvement

By using iWearer's AI features, you consent to your garment data being stored and used for AI training purposes.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data only in these circumstances:

  • AI Service Providers: Garment data shared with AI partners (Grok AI) for outfit generation and model training
  • AI Training: Your garment images and metadata are stored and used to train and improve our AI algorithms

  • Opt-Out: Request deletion of your data from AI training datasets (future recommendations may be less accurate)

iWearer is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

7. International Users

iWearer is based in Hong Kong. If you are accessing our service from outside Hong Kong, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Hong Kong where our servers are located.
